All of our candles are handcrafted and we take great care to add our fragrance oils at the correct temperature in the candlemaking process to ensure the perfect hot throw (just a fancy way of saying the scent when burned). We test all of our candles throughly to ensure you get the best from the fragrances and oils that we use. Plus, because soy wax burns cleaner than paraffin wax, the scent from its essential oils is more pleasant and stronger-smelling than the chemical scents added to paraffin. It’s common to hear people complain of headaches when paraffin candles burn, but in general, this isn’t due to the scent of the wax but rather the toxins it releases into the air.
